ABOUT US

ACF Raleigh-Durham Area Chef's Association was created in 2017 when the state chapter dissolved.

Under the leadership of President David Voelz, CEC, CWPC, CCA, Vice President Eddie Wilson, CEC, PCEC, CCA, Secretary Peter Spear, and Treasurer John Boretti, Jr., we started our journey.

In 2019, elections for President & Secretary were held.  Chef Voelz became Chairman of the Board, Adam Smith, CEC, CCA, was elected President, and Beau Schoenholz was elected as Secretary.

Every month, we join together for networking, education, and socializing with fellow culinarians.

We have had a sushi rolling class, a molecular gastronomy class, and a demonstration on certification practical exam skills, to name just a few of things we do.
